變形 – Deformation – 工程領(lǐng)域的常見現(xiàn)象
在工程領(lǐng)域中,變形是一個常見現(xiàn)象,指的是材料在承載力作用下的形態(tài)變化。在工程中,變形分為彈性變形和塑性變形兩種類型。

而塑性變形則是指在承載力作用下,材料形狀發(fā)生了不可逆的變化。塑性變形的形成是由于材料的晶粒在受力下發(fā)生了滑移、螺旋滑動和格子扭轉(zhuǎn),導(dǎo)致材料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生改變。常見的坯料加工、壓延、火花線切割等加工過程中,都會產(chǎn)生塑性變形,從而使得材料形狀發(fā)生改變。
在工程實(shí)踐中,我們經(jīng)常需要通過對材料的變形特性進(jìn)行研究,來確定材料的強(qiáng)度、抗蠕變性等性能參數(shù)。而變形率則是一個重要的指標(biāo),用來描述材料受力后的形變程度。變形率可以通過應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線來確定,該曲線呈現(xiàn)出線性和非線性兩個階段。
線性階段也稱為彈性階段,此時圖像呈現(xiàn)直線狀。彈性模量是描述該階段的物理量,一般來說,彈性模量越大的材料,越不容易產(chǎn)生變形。
非線性階段則是塑性變形階段,此時圖像呈現(xiàn)出曲線狀。材料在這個階段會發(fā)生塑性變形,產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力大于彈性極限,但是當(dāng)承載力消失時,材料仍然具有一定的塑性形變。
